Membership in a local association of REALTORS® automatically extends your membership to the state association and national association. In order to become a REALTOR® member, you must be a licensed real estate agent, broker, or appraiser in the Commonwealth of Virginia.  Agents must also be affiliated with a REALTOR® member firm.  Appraisers are required to join as REALTOR® members.
