OUR COUNTIES

We love our Central Virginia home, and that’s because it has something for everyone. Each county we serve contains an array of historical, natural, and cultural sites.

Lynchburg City has a thriving downtown community with art galleries, trails, and local museums. Amherst County offers a 25-mile stretch of the Appalachian Trail and hosts well-loved and attended summer festivals at local wineries. Appomattox County is home to the end of the Civil War; an event that shaped American history and unified our country. Bedford County contains the National D-Day Memorial, Thomas Jefferson’s private retreat Poplar Forest, and the Peaks of Otter as its stunning backdrop. Lastly, Campbell County not only provides a wonderous view of the Blue Ridge Mountains but was also home to Patrick Henry, praised revolutionary historical figure known for his “give me liberty or give me death” speech.

Get to know the areas further by exploring each one below. We hope you will love Central Virginia too!
