New Firms

For a new firm to join the Lynchburg Association of REALTORS®, there is a New Firm Initiation Fee. In addition to this, the principal broker must join the association in the capacity in which the firm would like its membership and pay all applicable fees.

i.e., If a firm is joining as an MLS Only firm, the principal broker must join as an MLS Only member. A new member may never join the association at a higher membership level than that level held by the firm and the principal broker. (i.e., If the firm and principal broker are MLS Only members, a REALTOR ® may not join as a primary member.)

*A REALTOR® may not be added to the LAR membership or activated in the MLS until all paperwork and all payments have been received.
