Email your lawmakers NOW to support HB 467 & SB 354!

The time is now to ensure that REALTORS® can remain compliant when it comes to real estate disclosures. By requiring that any real estate disclosures be enacted at the state level, we can avoid a patchwork of disclosures established through local ordinances. 

House Bill 467 and Senate Bill 354, which would prohibit a locality from requiring or enforcing a mandatory disclosure on any party to a residential real estate transaction through a local ordinance, are before the General Laws Committees as you read this email and we need YOUR help!
